Reset Your Urchin Serial

To have your Urchin version 5, 6 or 7 serial reset, please complete the form below. We'll email you within one business day that your serial is reset and ready for reactivation.

The most common case for resetting a license is to reinstall in on another server. If you try this without resetting the license, you'll receive the error message: "Your serial code is currently active".

We do require the software serial number to reset the license. In order to find out your license number just login to Urchin using administrator credentials, click the "Configuration" button. Then in the left nav, expand the "Settings" section and click "License".
