- Set up multiple remarketing lists
With lists, you’re able to target cohorts of your website visitors with the most relevant ads pointing to the most appropriate landing pages.
- Set long initial list durations
Google supports remarketing up to 540 days from a visitor’s last visit to your site. Use the maximum duration and then make sub lists for shorter duration segments. This gives you the most flexibility with promotions.
- Use list combinations & exclusions
Your most receptive remarketing lists will likely include combinations and exclusions of other existing lists, such as “all visitors interested in ‘Category A’ who visited the site within the last 24 hours but aren’t yet buyers.”
